1. Eligibility

• You can return items within 30 days of purchase.
• All accessories must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

2. How to Return

• To initiate a return, please email us at contact@charmhub.top with your order number and the reason for the return.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
